How Spa Day Vouchers Work
- If you opt for an e-voucher please allow up to one 1 working day for it to be sent and make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
- If you purchase using PayPal, the email address associated with your account will be used unless you specify otherwise.
- Royal Mail delivery option for presentation packs - we cannot guarantee the delivery and are unable to track it, typically, these should arrive within 3-5 working days.
- APC next-day tracked service - this is tracked and if you checkout before midday it will usually arrive the next working day
- Orders that come in during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
- We cannot deliver outside of the UK but you can arrange for a separate courier to pick it up from our offices.
- The packs will be delivered in plain packaging.
