It's the most luxe surroundings to enjoy this most olfactory of experiences, engaging in an activity that's traditionally only reserved for nobility and the uber rich. But as you'll discover, making your own unique, individual perfume can be done without breaking the bank. You'll learn about the history of fragrance making, its origins in Egyptian times, and how to identify the key components of each of the 21 scents. Different smells can be evocative of different emotions, times and sensations, so it may move you in a way you don't expect. Your afternoon's session will begin with the perfumer helping you to make your ideal combination of base, middle and top notes. On completion of this most alchemic of experiences, you'll take away a 20ml sample of your scent in a gorgeous purse spray atomiser. It'll finish on a high too, with a three course lunch to continue exploring your senses.
