- Open weekdays and weekends throughout the year
- Monday to Fridays 8:00-19:00
- Saturdays and Sundays 9:00-17:00
- Participants should bring swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself) and a bottle of water
- There is a small communal changing space at the entrance of the sauna
- Your 60 minute session includes time for changing
- The closest toilets are a 1 minute walk away
